All orders placed with Kelley Performance (phone, fax, mail, verbal, or e-mail), either directly or through a Distributor, Dealer or Retailer, constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all of the conditions listed below:

Warranty and Disclaimer
Items sold by Kelley Performance may not be legal for street use in all states or countries. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with applicable state or country laws. Buyer understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State safety crash guidelines, Kelley Performance is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injuries incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment, or act of nature/God, Allah, Jehovah, etc. All products are intended for off-highway uses only, and should be used for their intended purposes only. Kelley Performance does not take responsibility over buyer installation, modification, and unusual stress of the products. Kelley Performance will not be held liable for anything other than the sale or exchange of said part and will not incur any other costs. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the products. Kelley Performance is not responsible for any damages incurred either directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators/passengers within the vehicles.
Customers in countries/regions outside of the USA should purchase Kelley Performance products from the Authorized Distributors in that region. Purchases made through non-official channels do not qualify for warranties.
Kelley Performance Fitment Guarantee
The following situations are fully covered under the Kelley Performance Fitment Guarantee:
Hoods:
Hood does not clear a stock engine.
Gap between the hood and the fenders are more than 1/2″ wide on each side.
Hood levels more than 1/4″ higher or lower than the fenders.
Latch is 1/16″ too long or too short than the stock latch, causing the hood not to latch.
Please note that Kelley Performance does not suggest re-installing gas hood shocks/dampers/struts. Damages to the hood that results from the use of gas struts will not be covered under warranty.
Kelley Performance does not guarantee fitment on cars that have been in involved in accidents and/or had body damages.
Kelley Performance requires the use of heat shields. Damages to the hood that results from the absence of heat shields will not be covered under warranty.
Trunks:
Gap between the trunk and the rear fenders are more than 1/2″ wide on each side.
Trunk levels more than 1/4″ higher or lower than the rear fenders.
Please note that Kelley Performance does not suggest re-installing gas trunk shocks/dampers/struts.
Kelley Performance does not guarantee fitment on cars that have been in involved in accidents and/or had body damages.
Spoilers/Lips:
Length of the lip is 3/8″ too long or too short than the stock bumper.
Kelley Performance 6-Month Appearance Guarantee
The following situations are fully covered under the Kelley Performance 6-Month Appearance Guarantee: (Note that all
Kelley Performance carbon fiber and fiberglass products are hand-made, and small imperfections are inevitable. Claims guilty of abusing Kelley Performance claims program will be denied immediately).
Heavy cloudiness under the clear finish (which is only visible under the sun. Kelley Performance apologizes for not being able to QC every product under natural sun light).
Clear finish bubble larger than 3/8″ in diameter.
Our dry carbon fiber products do not have the UV protection and we recommend having them sprayed with an automotive grade clear coat with UV inhibitors if you do not plan to have them wrapped.
Proof of purchase and photos to demonstrate areas of claim are required.
Kelley Performance 6-Month Clear Finish Guarantee
The following situations are fully covered under the Kelley Performance 6-Month Clear Finish Guarantee:
Clear finish changes color more than a full shade within 6 months (Note: like car paint, slight fading and discoloration is natural. The warranty only covers more extreme cases).

Our dry carbon fiber products do not have the UV protection and we recommend having them sprayed with an automotive grade clear coat with UV inhibitors if you do not plan to have them wrapped.
Proof of purchase and photos to demonstrate areas of claim are required.
Care
Your carbon fiber product is durable, but it still needs care and maintenance to stay looking good. More specifically, keep the products clean, minimize exposure to the sun, and wax when necessary.

Do not drive your vehicle equipped with carbon fiber products through an automated or commercial car wash due to the high-water pressure, high water temperature and unknown soap content.
Wash your vehicle by hand with low water pressure, low water temperature and a quality automotive grade Ph neutral soap formulated to minimize scratching and fading (intended for late model clear coat finishes). Do not use a high-pressure wand on carbon fiber surfaces.

For carbon fiber hoods in particular, it is important that you use heat shields under the hood to avoid pre-mature aging. All Dry-Carbon products are sold RAW and consumers MUST protect the product upon receipt.
Installation
All products require professional installation. For the best possible fitment, we recommend having an expert install your product(s) – someone who has experience working with composites. Although some body shops have been in business for many years, they may not have sufficient experience in installing carbon fiber or fiberglass components. Make sure that your installer is familiar with these products. Buyer understands that some products may require modifications for correct fitment. Minor adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation process. All carbon fiber and fiberglass products will not sustain heavy force or weight, for they could be cracked by such force or weight. Do not over tighten threaded fasteners (hand tighten only), composite components will not withstand high pressure and may crack or fail by such force. Kelley Performance has made an effort to produce all its aftermarket products to fit the original factory vehicles as closely as possible. However, some occasional prepping may be necessary for an ideal fit. The buyer needs to perform these steps to his/her satisfaction before installation. If the buyer wishes to paint the products, he or she must pre-fit the parts to the vehicle before painting to ensure proper fit. Composite products will be affected by high heat; i.e. heat application for wrap/PPF installation/removal, heat application for ceramic coatings, heat generated during pre-paint prep and heat from paint booth drying process. There are absolutely no returns on painted products. Proof of purchase, photo of white label with P/N and Serial Number and photos to demonstrate installation fitment claims are required.
Hood Pins

All hoods require hood pins for safety reasons. Kelley Performance will not be liable for any damages to the product and the vehicle caused by not properly using hood pins.

Heat Shields
​
Kelley Performance requires the use of heat shields for all carbon fiber and fiberglass hoods. Heat shields help avoid pre-mature aging of the product. Damages to the hood that results from the absence of heat shields will not be covered under warranty.
Shipping Damage
Kelley Performance packs all products carefully to prevent damage during shipping, however, damage may still occur occasionally. Buyer must inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept the shipment and notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt at the driver’s presence. Buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier’s damage inspector to inspect. Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer’s right
